Last April the third edition of the New York Pizza Festival took place in New York, this year entirely on the web with the Home Edition formula.
Taking full advantage of the potential of the virtual form, the organizers have enhanced the main character of the NYPF, that of a national event. For two days some of the most important pizza makers, chefs and opinion leaders of the stars and stripes catering service discussed pizza, a true symbol of Italian good eating.
Naturally, buffalo milk mozzarella played a leading role during the festival, and Agricola Casearia Lupara was chosen as the official supplier.
